There is an +/-8,000 sq. ft. cold room that goes to 40 degrees. The clear height in the cold rooms is 25 feet and is is an ammonia based system. There are 5 shipping docks.   • Water for the facility and fire system is supplied by one (1) 20 HP submersible pump and well connected to a large pressure tank estimated at 25,000 gallons and one fire suppression reservoir. It is reported that there is an adequate water supply to run the facility.

  • Soils
  • The soils consist entirely of Hanford fine sandy loam, 0-3% slopes; Class I. This is a well-drained soil. Available water capacity is medium to high. This soil is typical of the subject area and is adaptable to all of the crops generally grown in the local area.

  • Remarks
  • No personal property included in the sale.
