There is an +/-8,000 sq. ft. cold room that goes to 40 degrees. The clear height in the cold rooms is 25 feet and is is an ammonia based system. There are 5 shipping docks. The +/-29,540 sq. ft. canopy is 50% enclosed, with the balance of the area open on three sides. There is a fumigation room located west of the loading docks that is perfect for export products.
