  • Water Sources
  • The ranch benefits from a diversified and reliable water supply supported by extensive infrastructure, including on-site solar power generation, water storage facilities, and multiple groundwater sources.

    There are seven (7) active wells on the property consisting of one (1) 250 HP well, one (1) 200 HP well, three (3) 60 HP wells, one (1) 50 HP well, and one (1) 25 HP well.

    Parcels 011, 021, and 032 (Blocks 1, 2, and 3) are designated as Subordinate Lands within the Chowchilla Water District (CWD), providing access to excess surface water when available. The property has received CWD water consistently over the past several years, including the current year. Water deliveries are accessed through a shared pipeline and lift pump system drawing directly from the Chowchilla River.

    The property is located within the Merced Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA).
