  • Property has one (1) Ag well with a 75 HP Electrical Turbine Pump.  Well is approximately 350 feet deep, setting at 210 feet, 14-inch diameter.  Historically the ranch had flood irrigation with a concrete pipeline, but the ranch has been converted to a drip irrigation system.   The property is in the Liberty Water District but does not receive surface water.

    Groundwater Disclosure:  The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040.  SGMA requires a Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) by 2020.  Said plans may limit groundwater pumping.
