  • +/-51.95 acres were planted in 2011.

  +/-136.87 Acres of Open Entitlement Ground.

• Property is located in Berrenda Mesa Water District and part of Kern Groundwater Authority GSA. There are five (5) one gallon emitters per tree on the 1983 and 1985 plantings. The 2011 planting has six (6) one gallon emitters per tree. There is 1,301.07 acre feet of SWP Table A Entitlement water rights associated with the property. Total SWP Table A Entitlement rights per net planted acre equals 4.99 acre feet per acre. The Property also has water banking rights in Berrenda Mesa Water Bank and Pioneer Water Bank.
