  • Milk Storage
  • Facility has a new milk tank room that houses two (2) 7,000-gallon milk tanks.

  • Capacity / Corrals
  • The Regional Water Quality Control Board has permitted the dairy for a total of +/-4,164 head of cattle: +/-2,082 mature milking and dry cows and +/-2,082 support stock.

    It features two (2) freestall barns, open lot corrals for +/-2,400 mature milking cows. There is also a bull pen area that can house +/-800-1,000 bulls, depending on size.

    There are +/-200 locking stanchions in the robot barn, +/-240 locking stanchions in the heifer pen and +/-110 locking stanchions in the open corrals.

  • Calf Raising Area
  • The dairy has a calf area which features +/-452 CalfTel fiberglass hutches with bottle racks and twenty (20) 15’x 15′ metal pipe drag pens.

  • Heifer Facility
  • There is a heifer facility, just east of of the dairy, that can house +/-2,000 heifers.

  • Feed Storage
  • Dairy has a +/-3,500 sq. ft., seven (7)-bay commodity barn.

    Two (2) +/- 8,750 sq. ft. corrugated roof metal pole barns. Each barn holds +/-900 tons of hay, each.

    A +/-550,000 sq. ft. silage storage area, on sloped dirt is located adjacent to the hay barn.
